Congress is currently looking at the funding for the National Endowment of the Arts. Funding of the arts is critical. Among many other things, the arts brings jobs to their communities. It's an investment, and one with a great return. I have already watched in dismay as arts gets cut from schools year after year. Just as it is slowly making a comeback as an important part of our communities again, I see funding being taken away... again.
